October 7
October 7th marked a turning point in my life, bringing with it an overwhelming sense of grief and loss. In these moments, creating art has become my sanctuary, a way to maintain my sanity. My work now includes poignant depictions of friends who were tragically murdered, individuals abducted, as well as varied scenes from the war – from the harrowing to the hopeful, like the joyful reunion of a family with members returning from Hamas captivity.
Through my art, I navigate both personal and national grief, aiming to infuse a glimmer of hope and optimism into the world. This creative process has become a means of healing, allowing me to process deep emotions while sharing powerful stories.
